I just wanted to tell everyone about my interaction with the FCC and their website. A fellow ham and I were trying to get his license renewed online and were having a lot of trouble navigating their website. We had to call their help line 4 times! Out of the times we called, three different persons were universally kind and patient, the fourth had an attitude. We both thanks them profusely!
