Here is a list of what we intend to address. Because technical specifications can be ambiguous with regard to their application, this list may be modified as we look to properly present a viable plan for the newbie to follow in comprehending and then applying various technical specifications that he or she may find themselves contending with. We will only cover that part of the specifications that will be useful for the amateur radio operator trying to avoid the “mumbo-jumbo” where possible.
